摘要
介绍了一种新型的异形波导腔体成型工艺。通过对异形波导腔体结构形式的优化设计,将不易机械加工成型的部位转化为电铸成型,选择最佳的焊接工艺参数及电铸芯模精度参数,研制了一套合理的成型工艺方法,从而保证了加工精度,为生产合格的三路方位旋转铰链提供了保证,满足了某型雷达三路方位旋转铰链电性能要求。
A molding process of the new irregular waveguide cavity is introduced. Through the optimized structure design of the irregular waveguide cavity, the parts that are difficult to be machined are converted into electroforming, and the optimal welding process parameters and precision parameters of the electroforming mandrel are selected to develop a reasonable molding process, thus ensuring the machining precision, providing guarantee for the production of qualified three-way azimuth rotary hinges, and meeting the electrical performance requirements of the three-way azimuth rotary hinge of some radar.
