小剂量舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚在小儿麻醉诱导期中的应用

摘要
目的探究小剂量舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚在小儿麻醉诱导期中的应用效果。方法该文共方便选取于2016年1月—2018年1月份在该院进行手术的135例患儿作为研究对象,根据麻醉剂量使用量的不同分成A、B、C 3组,每组患者各45例。A组给予患儿0.01μg/kg的舒芬太尼,B组给予患儿0.02μg/kg的舒芬太尼,C组给予患儿生理盐水。待30min,给予3组患者丙泊酚。观察3组患者的丙泊酚EC50、LOC时间、BIS指标;观察3组患者的镇静效果。结果 C组患者丙泊酚EC50(2.54±0.21)μg/mL,LOC时间(9.27±0.34)min,BIS(68.45±5.23),与A组、B组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组、B组各项指标相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在小儿麻醉诱导期使用小剂量舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚,有助于提升丙泊酚的镇静作用,麻醉治疗效果更为突出,应在小儿麻醉诱导期中大力推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of low-dose sufentanil combined with propofol in the induction period of pediatric anesthesia. Methods A total of 135 children who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were convenient divided into three groups according to the dose of anesthesia, including A, B and C. Each group of patients had 45 cases. Group A was given 0.01 ug/kg of sufentanil, group B was given 0.02 μg/kg of sufentanil, and group C was given normal saline. After 30 min, three groups of patients were given propofol.The propofol EC50, LOC time and BIS index were observed in the three groups. The sedative effects of the three groups were observed. Results In group C, propofol EC50(2.54±0.21)μg/mL, LOC time(9.27±0.34)min, BIS(68.45±5.23), compared with group A and group B, there were significant differences(P<0.05). There were no significant differences between the A and B groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The use of low-dose sufentanil combined with propofol in the induction period of pediatric anesthesia can improve the sedative effect of propofol. The anesthetic effect is more prominent and should be promoted in the induction period of pediatric anesthesia.
