超长薄壁管件的TR镦锻成形工艺研究

摘要
设计了长度>3 m的超长薄壁管件端部TR镦锻成形工艺。在实际生产中镦锻成形了超长薄壁管锻件,解决了生产中遇到的问题。生产的锻件经过测量,同一截面直径最大处仅比直径最小处大0.5 mm,并且在宽度和高度上没有超过1 mm的毛刺。
        The TR upsetting forming process at the end of the ultra-long thin-wall pipe forgings with a length of more than 3 m was designed. The ultra-long thin-wall pipe forgings were formed by upsetting and forging in practical production,which solves the problems encountered in production. After measurement, the maximum diameter at the same section of the forgings is only 0.5 mm larger than that of the smallest diameter, and the burr in the width and height of the forgings do not exceed 1 mm.
