摘要

目的:根据处方点评系统对我院门诊不合理处方予以处理,提高处方书写质量。方法:随机抽取处方分别记录在处方点评系统,然后进行各项指标分析。结果:随着处方点评的施行,用药不当问题得到遏制。结论:处方点评制度是我院建设智慧药房的一项重要措施。
        Objective: to improve the quality of prescription writing in our hospital. Methods: randomly sampling prescriptions wererecorded in the prescription evaluation system, and then the indexes were analyzed. Results: with the implementation of prescriptionreview, the improper use of drugs was contained. Conclusion: prescription evaluation system is an important measure to construct wisdompharmacy in our hospital.
