摘要
在一线露天作业时,施工人员的生命安全存在多种风险,高温、嘈杂和偏远环境下尤为突出,加之施工人员淡薄的生产安全意识以及部分非规范化操作,增加了生产安全事故发生的可能性。根据上述问题,基于北斗卫星定位技术,设计了一种智能安全帽系统,采集的施工现场数据经单片机运算处理,经通用分组无线业务(GPRS)网络传送到上位机。经测试,系统可实现精准定位、语音通话、人体脉搏监测和工作环境监控等功能,保障了施工人员的生命安全,也便于管理人员对一线生产作业的监管。
According to the above problems,based on Beidou satellite positioning technology,an intelligent safety helmet monitoring system is designed in this paper.The collected construction site data are processed by single chip computer and transmitted to the host computer by GPRS wireless network.After testing,the system can realize the functions of precise positioning,voice call,human pulse monitoring and working environment monitoring,which not only guarantees the safety of construction personnel,but also facilitates the management personnel to supervise the first-line production operations.
