浅析某化工企业自备电厂新增减温减压器的经济效益

摘要
减温减压器可以将高压力等级蒸汽输送至低压力等级蒸汽管网,以调节不同等级蒸汽之间的平衡,达到全网管网系统稳定的目的。以某大型化工企业自备电厂管网装置新增减温减压器为例,对新增的四台减温减压器(外网:12. 5 MPa/4. 0MPa和12. 5 MPa/2. 2 MPa,内网:12. 5 MPa/1. 0 MPa和4. 0 MPa/2. 2 MPa)改造前各装置蒸汽分配不足与改造后产生的经济效益进行对比分析,对产生的经济效益进行分析总结,以帮助同类型企业实现经济效益最大化。
        Temperature and pressure reducer can transfer high-pressure steam to low-pressure steam pipeline network to regulate the balance between different levels of steam and achieve the goal of stability of the whole network pipeline system. Taking the newly added temperature-reducing and pressure-reducing devices in the pipeline network of a large chemical enterprise as an example,the insufficient steam distribution of the four newly added temperature-reducing and pressure-reducing devices( external network: 12. 5 MPa/4. 0 MPa and 12. 5 MPa/2. 2 MPa,internal network: 12. 5 MPa/1. 0 MPa and 4. 0 MPa/2. 2 MPa) before and after the transformation were compared and analyzed,and the economic benefits produced after the transformation were also analyzed. The economic benefits were analyzed and summarized to help the same type of enterprises to achieve maximum economic benefits.
