心理契约视角谈公安院校学生的思想政治教育

摘要

公安院校学生相对于普通高校学生,除了要学习公安业务知识和技能,还必须兼具良好的思想政治素质。面对新形势、新任务,公安院校正面临着进一步加强和改进公安院校学生思想政治工作的挑战。近年来,心理契约这种管理心理学中的思想开始被高校学生思想政治教育所引入成为其新视角。本文主要从心理契约的概念及作用出发,对心理契约视角下公安院校学生思想政治教育策略进行探讨。
        Compared with ordinary university students,students in public security colleges must have good ideological and political quality besides learning knowledge and skills about public security. Facing the new situation and new tasks,the public security colleges are facing the challenge of strengthening and improving the ideological and political work. In recent years,the psychological contract as a kind of management psychology has been introduced into the ideological and political education,being a new perspective. This paper,starting from the concept and functions of psychological contract,discusses the strategies of ideological and political education for the students in public security colleges from the perspective of psychological contract.
