摘要
配电网的合环操作可能会产生较大合环电流,影响电网运行的安全性。对此提出了一种基于概率潮流的10 kV配电网合环操作安全性评估方法。该方法考虑合环馈线上负荷的概率分布,采用半不变量法求取合环稳态电流与暂态冲击电流的概率分布特性,并通过计算电流越限概率和越限程度对10 kV配电网合环操作的安全性进行评估。在半不变量法概潮流计算中,提出了一种基于历史负荷数据求取输入变量的各阶半不变量的方法,克服了传统数值方法的局限性。最后对某实际合环算例进行仿真计算,分析结果验证了所提方法的有效性、快速性和实用性。
        Loop closing operation in distribution network may generate large current, affecting safety of power systems.In this paper, a security assessment method of loop closing operation in 10 kV distribution network based on probabilistic load flow is proposed. Considering the probabilistic distribution of the electric loads on feeders, cumulant method is used to obtain the probabilistic distribution characteristics of loop closing steady-state current and transient impulse current.Security of loop closing operation in 10 kV distribution network is assessed by calculating the over-limit probability and degree of loop closing current. In calculation of probabilistic load flow, this paper proposes a method to obtain the cumulants of input variables based on historical load data, overcoming the limitations of traditional numerical method. Finally, simulation is performed for a practical case of loop closing operation.Analysis results verify effectiveness, rapidity, and practicality of the proposed method.
