绿色智慧导向下淄博市火车站区域旧城更新规划探析

摘要
将绿色智慧作为旧城更新导向符合国家倡导的"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"发展理念和生态文明社会构建目标。文章以淄博市火车站区域规划实践为例,探讨了以绿色智慧为导向的旧城更新规划方法,即站在顶层设计的层面,首先构建绿色智慧的总体战略体系,以全面指导整个城市更新工作;其次,以绿色为导向进行生态修复,优化资源利用模式,构建紧凑、生态的空间格局,为城市修补提供空间框架;再次,以智慧为导向开展城市修补,进行社区设施服务优化、景观优化,营造宜居、包容的社区环境;最后,运用新技术、新手段建立社区管理系统,在完善社区服务的同时,进一步保障规划目标的落地。
The green-smart is adapt to the development idea of "innovation, coordination, green, opening, sharing" and the development goal of ecological civilization. The paper takes Zibo railway station as an example, discusses the renewal method based on the green-smart theory: firstly, builds the green-smart strategic system which guides the renewal work; on the ecological restoration, improves the use model of resource, builds the compact and ecological spatial pattern; on the urban renovation,improves the community facility and landscape, creates a livable and comprehensive community; at last, builds the community management system with new technologies, improves the community service, guarantees the planning implement.
