摘要
剪刃是冷剪机的核心部件,冷剪机剪切钢筋过程中上下剪刃所受应力应变及剪切力直接影响剪刃寿命。对某钢厂棒材生产线中850吨冷剪机创建剪切模型,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA进行有限元分析,深入探究剪切间隙、剪刃倾角、剪刃刀面宽度及剪刃重叠量等剪切参数对上下剪刃所受最大应力应变及剪切力的影响,通过优化剪切参数,延长剪刃寿命。
Shear blade is core component of a cold shear machine. The stress-strain and the shearing force of upper and lower shear blades directly affect the life of the shear blades in the process of shearing reinforcing steel bars by using the cold shear machine. In the present work,a shearing model was established for an 850-ton cold shear machine installed in bar production line of a steel plant. Finite element analysis on shearing steel bars with the cold shear machine was carried out by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA software. Effects of shearing parameters such as the shearing clearance,the inclination angle of shear blade,the width of blade face and the overlap extent of shear blades on the maximum stress-strain and the shearing force of upper and lower blades were examined in depth. As a result,through optimizing those shearing parameters the life of the shear blades was ultimately prolonged.
