摘要
含有较高含量的细化晶粒元素(V、Ti、Nb)的低合金高强度结构钢大截面锻件,在进行正回火、调质处理后均出现了低温(-20℃)冲击功远低于要求值的现象。通过分析,对现有不合格锻件进行了亚温等温退火的热处理工艺挽救,全部合格。同时在后序的投料时,通过化学成分优化,使该类材质完全满足技术要求。
The impact energy value at low temperature(-20℃) of the large cross section of low alloy high strength structural steel forgings with high contents of grain refinement elements V、Ti、Nb is much less than the required value after normalizing & tempering and quenching & tempering. Through analysis,after the existing unqualified forgings have been carried out intercritical isothermal annealing process,all the forgings meet the requirements. In the subsequent feeding,through the optimization of chemical composition,the material has completely met the technical requirements.
