摘要
Six1是同源盒基因家族中的成员,与胚胎细胞发育和器官分化有关,促进细胞分化前的前体细胞增殖和生存。Cyclin D1、Cyclin A1和c-myc在细胞生长和增殖中起着至关重要的作用,Six1通过这些蛋白可调控细胞周期。文献报道,Six1通过组织、血液系统及阶段依赖等多种方式调节癌细胞启动、增殖和转移,在肿瘤发生、发展中发挥重要作用。该文总结Six1蛋白在恶性肿瘤发生、发展中的作用及其分子机制研究进展,Six1有可能成为抑制肿瘤生长的靶点。
