摘要

张杰老师上溯灵素,广探汉唐,博采明清,长期从事《金匮要略》教学工作,行医50余年,善从经方出入治疗各种疑难杂病。文章选择张杰老师运用经方治疗慢性结肠炎、慢性浅表性胃炎、子宫肌瘤、不孕症、糖尿病5则最具有代表性医案,结合前贤论述,开拓思路,以期促进仲景学术繁荣昌盛及各地域医学争鸣,对使用古代经方治疗现代疾病及经方创新具有重要的启示与借鉴作用。
        Going back to Huangdi Neijing, exploring medical essence in Han and Tang dynasty, learnning widely from others' strong points in Ming and Qing dynasty, professor ZHANG Jie who has long been engaged in the teaching work of Jingui Yaolue, is good at treating incurable diseases based on classical prescriptions during the medical practice for more than 50 years. This paper reports five kinds of typical incurable diseases, such as chronic colitis, chronic superficial gastritis, uterine myoma, infertility and diabetes mellitus, are treated with classical prescriptions by professor ZHANG Jie. For promoting the prosperity of ZHONG Jing academics and the medical contends in various regions with the predecessors' arguments and develop ideas, the paperhas important enlightenment and reference for the use of classical prescriptions in the treatment of modern diseases and the innovation of the classical prescriptions.
