肖承悰运用益肾理冲法治疗卵巢储备功能下降经验

摘要
介绍肖承悰教授以益肾理冲法治疗卵巢储备功能下降的经验。认为该病的基本病机为肾虚、冲脉失调。冲脉失调包含冲脉气血虚衰、冲脉气血阻滞之意,治疗以益肾理冲为基本原则。益肾旨在平补肾阴、肾阳以益肾填精;理冲为调理冲脉气血,既充盈冲脉气血,又兼调畅气血运行。在遣方用药上重视阴阳同补,补消结合,运用自拟方七子益肾理冲汤为基础方随症加减。
This paper introduced Professor XIAO Chengcong's experience in treating ovarian reserve function with benefiting the kidney and regulating thoroughfare channel method. It is believed that the basic pathogenesis of the disease is kidney deficiency and dysfunction of thoroughfare channel. The dysfunction of the thoroughfare channel includes the qi and blood deficiency,qi and blood block and stagnation of thoroughfare channel. The basic principle of treatment is benefiting the kidney and regulating thoroughfare channel. Benefiting the kidney is intended to replenish kidney yin and kidney yang to benefit the kidney and fill the essence; Regulating thoroughfare channel is used to regulate qi and blood of thoroughfare channel,not only filling the qi and blood,but also regulating qi movement and blood circulation. Attention should be paid to the combination of yin and yang,supplement and elimination in medicinal herbs. The self-made Qiqizi Yishen Lichong Decoction( 七子益肾理冲汤) is applied as the basic formula and modified according to various syndromes.
