李济春治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床经验

摘要
李济春教授幼承家学,精研岐黄,从医40余年医技精湛,师古而不泥于古,创新而不离其宗,擅长针药并用治疗腰腿疼痛、麻木等各种疑难疾病。根据其多年的临床经验和学术思想,本文总结其治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效辨治思路和方法,其病机多为本虚标实,腰部受邪为发病之源,与肾虚和寒湿阻络密切相关。在家传的"乾坤针法"上,大胆提出腰部围刺法,同时结合补肾除湿方药及开合手法进行医治,疗效显著。
Professor LI Ji-chun who began studying the family's ancestral medicine at an early age,mastered the basics of Chinese medicine. After 40 years of medical practice,he earned the super-high medical skills. He advocated: to learn from the ancients,but not rigidly adhere to the ancients,to innovate,but not to leave its fundamental. He is good at the use of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine to treat a variety of difficult diseases,such as low back pain,leg pain and numbness,etc. According to Professor LI Ji-chun's many years of clinical experience and academic idea,this text summed up the effective ideas and methods on treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation( LIDH). Deficient root and excessive superficial are the significant pathogenesis of LIDH. Its disease location is in the waist. It is primarily caused by kidney deficiency and cold dampness. Based on his family Qiankun acupuncture manipulation,he created the surrounding puncture on waist. The surrounding puncture on waist,kidney-reinforcing herbal medicine,eliminating dampness herbal medicine,and Kaihe massage manipulation therapy has significantly therapeutic effect for LIDH, when used in combination.
