摘要

后张法预制箱梁施工的管控是我国预制箱梁施工的重要内容,它与预制箱梁部分的施工质量与水准有着紧密的联系,研究了后张法预制箱梁施工的控制要点,举例说明预制箱梁施工质量管控方法,指出通过管控预应力波纹管质量、管控预应力机具设备质量、管控钢束质量以及管控预应力混凝土浇筑质量能够提升预应力预制箱梁施工质量,并得出要加强对后张法预制箱梁施工质量管理的结论。
        The management and control of post-tensioned prefabricated box girder construction is an important part of prefabricated box girder construction in our country. It is closely related to the construction quality and level of prefabricated box girder. This paper mainly studies the control points of post-tensioned prefabricated box girder construction,and illustrates the construction quality control methods of prefabricated box girder with examples. As a result,the quality of pre-tensioned bellows is controlled by management and control of pre-tensioned machine. The construction quality of pre-stressed box girder can be improved by equipment quality,steel bundle quality and pre-stressed concrete pouring quality. It is concluded that post-tensioned prefabricated box girder construction quality management should be strengthened.
