摘要
当前配电网运行管理工作缺乏明确的评价体系及方向性指导,通过综合运用网络层次分析法(analytic network process,ANP)和模糊综合评判方法,实现对配电网运行管理水平的综合评价。首先,考虑指标间的相互关联,利用ANP系统性地构建相关指标体系,并求解各指标权重;然后采用模糊综合评价方法,对相关定量及定性指标分别进行评价,从而建立完整的评价体系。选取2个区域配电网作为案例,分析其在运行管理中存在的优势与不足,为进一步加强配电网运行管理提供借鉴。
        In view of the lack of a clear evaluation system and directional guidance for the current operation and management of distribution networks, a comprehensive evaluation method of ANP and Fuzzy is applied to assess the distribution network operation and management level. Firstly, the ANP structure is systematically used to establish the indicator system and to solve the weights of each index, considering the interrelationship between indicators. Then, the relevant quantitative and qualitative indicators are estimated respectively by Fuzzy to establish a complete evaluation system. On this basis, two regional distribution networks are selected as examples to analyze their advantages and disadvantages in operation management and some guidelines are proposed for further strengthening operation and management level of distribution network.
