基于集对分析的疗效曲线在银屑病血热证典型方剂选优中的应用

摘要
目的:探索基于集对分析四元联系数疗效曲线在银屑病血热证治疗方剂优选中的应用,以求进一步提高疗效。方法:先利用文献资料法筛选出具有地域代表性的银屑病血热证的治疗方剂,建立每首方剂治疗组和对照组与完美疗效四元联系数的距离,以距离小优于距离大,按差值大小给出这9首方剂的优劣排序,确定出最优方剂、次优方剂等。结果:在9首方剂中,土槐菝葜汤排序第1,清热解毒汤排序第2,犀角地黄汤加味排序第3,与中医临证用药经验相符。结论:可以在银屑病血热证临床方剂选优中应用基于集对分析四元联系数的疗效曲线,对其他疾病临证用药选优时也可参考应用此疗效曲线及其算法。
Objective: To explore the application of four-element connection number set pair analysis based effect curve in the optimum selection of decoction in psoriasis of blood heat to improve therapeutic effects. Methods: First, we searched the literature to screen the representative traditional Chinese decoction in psoriasis of blood heat and set up the four-element connection number of recovery, showing the distance between trial group and control group. Small distance is better than large distance. Then, we arranged the good points and the bad points of the concise traditional Chinese decoction in psoriasis of blood heat according to the Euclidean distance by size, comparing the order with the cure rate from high to low and determine the best and sub-prime medicine. Results:Among the nine screened concise traditional Chinese decoction in psoriasis of blood heat, Tuhuai Baqi Decoction was the first,Qingre Paidu Decoction second, Xijiao Dihuang Decoction third,matching the clinical experience of traditional Chinese decoction. Conclusion: The effect curve which is based on set pair analysis contact number can be used in the optimum selection of clinical medication in psoriasis of blood heat,and the specific calculating method of this effect curve can be used as a reference in the optimum selection of medicine in other diseases.
