用水舒适度测试与节水潜力分析

摘要
在不同工况下对880位受试者进行用水测试,结合问卷调查,分析满足居民用水舒适度的用水器具供水静压范围,并据此得出用水的舒适流量和水温,探究其节水潜力。试验结果表明:以舒适度为前提,单冷、混合水嘴的供水静压宜分别为0.15~0.20 MPa和0.20~0.25 MPa,洗手的最舒适流量区间为0.060~0.068 L/s,可节水54.7%~60.0%;淋浴花洒的供水静压根据受试者类别宜在0.20~0.30 MPa内选择,舒适流量、水温宜分别在0.13~0.19 L/s、39.0~41.5℃范围内选择。以节能节水为前提兼顾舒适度,淋浴花洒的供水静压宜为0.20 MPa,淋浴的流量、水温区间宜分别为0.13~0.15 L/s、39.0~40.0℃,可节水4.3%~17.7%。
        This paper analyses the value of water supply hydrostatic pressure that meets people's demands in terms of comfortablness of 880 human subjects using water test and satisfaction survey. The range of comfortable flow rate, water temperature and water saving potential are confirmed. The results show that the hydrostatic pressure of cold water faucet is 0.15~0.20 MPa and the hydrostatic pressure of mixed water faucet is 0.20~0.25 MPa in terms of comfortableness.The most comfortable flow range of the hand washing is 0.06~0.068 L/s, which can save water by 54.7%~60.0%. The water supply hydrostatic pressure of showerheads, the comfortable flow and water temperature should be within 0.20~0.30 MPa, 0.13~0.19 L/s and 39.0~41.5 ℃, respectively. Based on both showering comfortableness and energy and water saving, water supply hydrostatic pressure of the showerheads should be 0.20 MPa, and the range of flow and water temperature should reduce to 0.13~0.15 L/s and 39.0~40.0 ℃, which can save water by 4.3%~17.7%.
