贵州省PCV2流行株的分型及遗传变异分析

摘要
为了解贵州省猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)的分子流行病学及遗传变异情况,本文收集2012~2016年间16株贵州PCV2流行毒株和NCBI上报道登录的35株PCV2序列作生物信息学分析。分析结果显示,在本次所分析的各PCV2毒株之间核苷酸变异率较大的分别为ORF6(32. 22%)、ORF10(29. 63%)、ORF2(24. 11%)、ORF5(21. 60%)、ORF7(20. 00%);遗传进化表明,贵州省16株PCV2序列中3株为PCV2a型,5株为PCV2b型,8株为PCV2d型;其中PCV2d型已经逐渐过渡成为贵州省的主要流行毒株,且同种基因型之间ORF2所编码的氨基酸序列保守性相对较高。表明PCV2流行毒株之间由于基因型的不同,可能会导致免疫力或致病力的改变。该结果以期为贵州省PCV2的防控、流行病学的研究提供一定的参考。
        To investigate the molecular epidemiology and genetic variation of PCV2 in Guizhou province,16 strains of PCV2 isolated from Guizhou from 2012 to 2016 and 35 strains of PCV2 from NCBI were subjected to bioinformatics analysis. The results showed that the nucleotide variation rates for the open reading frames of each PCV2 strain were ORF6(32. 22%),ORF10(29. 63%),ORF2(24. 11%),ORF5(21. 60%) and ORF7(20. 00%),respectively; The genetic evolution showed that,of the 16 strains isolated in Guizhou,3 strains were PCV2 a,5 were PCV2 b,and 8 were PCV2 d PCV2 d was the major epidemic strain in Guizhou Province,and the amino acid sequence encoded by ORF2 was relatively conserved among the same genotypes. The results try to provide some reference to Guizhou Province PCV2 prevention and control,and epidemiological studies.
