摘要
癫痫发作原因复杂,在临床现象学中差异较大。临床上通常依赖医生目测分析,耗时耗力。及时开发对癫痫发作的智能检测在临床诊断中至关重要。回顾了现有技术包括使用EEG分析、运动分析、生理变化(增加心率,血氧饱和度,出汗,血压变化)或这些方法的组合,检测癫痫发作。同时根据癫痫发作日志,指出患者自我检测相对于客观临床EEG评价发现记录的发作漏报更多。创新型的多模态方法对于自动检测癫痫发作可能将加快治疗结果的检测和临床癫痫研究。
        The causes of epileptic seizures are complex, and there are great differences in clinical phenomenology. Clinic often relies on visual analysis of doctors, which is time-consuming and labor-consuming. The timely development of intelligent detection of epileptic seizures is very important in clinical diagnosis. This article reviews existing techniques including EEG analysis, exercise analysis, physiological changes(increased heart rate, oxygen saturation, sweating, blood pressure changes) or combinations of these methods to detect epileptic seizures. At the same time, according to the seizure log, it is pointed out that the patients' self-evaluation is more unauthentic than the clinical EEG evaluation. For better clinical practice of epilepsy, innovative multimodal methods for automatic detection of epileptic seizures may speed up the detection of therapeutic outcomes and clinical epilepsy research.
