摘要
目的研究四川地区8~12岁的-1.50 D以内近视者的眼球生物学参数及其特征。方法选择2015年8月至2017年8月在我院就诊的四川地区儿童170人(男性和女性各85人,各170眼),平均年龄(10.09±1.39)岁,平均近视屈光度(-1.06±0.45) D,平均全眼散光(-0.64±0.23) D。试验眼均接受以下检查:裂隙灯、眼底镜、角膜地形图、相干光生物测量仪(IOL Master)。比较不同性别及不同年龄段受试者眼球生物学参数的差异,并讨论各参数之间的相关性。结果 170例儿童(340只眼)的平均水平可见虹膜直径为(11.80±0.56) mm,与平均角膜曲率无相关性;平均眼轴为(24.09±0.68) mm,与平坦角膜曲率(P=0.000)、陡峭角膜曲率(P=0.000)及平均角膜曲率(P=0.000)分别呈负相关;平均角膜曲率为(42.66±1.38) D(角膜地形图)及(42.92±1.87) D(IOL Master);平均角膜厚度为(550.46±29.89)μm;女性的平坦角膜曲率(角膜地形图测量值P=0.000、IOL Master测量值P=0.000)、陡峭角膜曲率(角膜地形图测量值P=0.000、IOL Master测量值P=0.000)及平均角膜曲率(角膜地形图测量值P=0.000、IOL Master测量值P=0.016)均高于男性;水平可见虹膜直径、眼轴、角膜曲率、角膜厚度与年龄无关。结论四川地区近视儿童中,眼轴和角膜曲率呈负相关;女性的平坦角膜曲率、陡峭角膜曲率及平均角膜曲率均高于男性。
