摘要
目的从维护官兵健康角度探索适合刚果(金)维和营区建设和管理的合理方法。方法通过对刚果(金)维和官兵昆虫叮咬和维和营区的流行病学调查,掌握维和官兵昆虫叮咬情况和维和营区存在的问题,寻找维和官兵昆虫叮咬的危险因素,提出维和营区建设和管理建议。结果维和官兵有56. 12%被昆虫叮咬至少1次以上,且昆虫叮咬与营区多种因素有关。结论为预防维和官兵昆虫叮咬,维和营区建设及管理均需规范。
Objective To discuss the management and construction of peacekeeping barracks in Democratic Republic of Congo from the view of the health of peacekeeping soldiers. Methods An epidemiological investigation was made to insects' bites in peacekeeping soldiers and to the peacekeeping barracks to be aware of the situation of insects' bites and the related problems in the barracks; the risk factors of insects' bites were searched out and suggestions for the management and barrack construction of peacekeeping forces were put forward. Results 56. 12% of the peacekeeping soldiers suffered from insects ' bite at least once, which was correlated to various factors in the barracks.Conclusions The management of peacekeeping forces and the construction of peacekeeping barracks need to be scientifically standardized.
