房颤患者血清HMGB1水平和氧化应激的关系

摘要
目的探讨房颤(AF)患者高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)和氧化应激的关系。方法入选53例阵发性AF患者,33例持续性AF患者作为观察组;30例年龄和性别相匹配的健康人作为对照组。检测血清HMGB1、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果持续性AF组HMGB1和MDA水平明显高于对照组和阵发性AF组(均P<0.05)。阵发性AF组HMGB1和MDA水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,阵发性AF组SOD含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。血清MDA水平与血清HMGB1水平正相关(N=86,R=0.524,P<0.05),而SOD水平与HMGB1水平负相关(N=86,R=-0.481,P<0.05)。MDA、SOD、血清hs-CRP和HMGB1水平分别为AF的独立预测因素[MDA:OR=1.705,95%CI(1.308-2.545);SOD:OR=0.578,95%CI(0.263-0.996);血清hs-CRP:OR=1.530,95%CI(1.287-1.951);HMGB1:OR=1.832,95%CI(1.487-2.454)]。结论氧化应激的增加可能促进AF患者HMGB1水平升高。
        Objective To investigate the relationship between HMGB1 and oxidative stress in patients with atrial fibrillation( AF). Methods 53 patients with paroxysmal AF and 33 patients with persistent AF were enrolled in this study. 30 age- and sex-matched healthy subject were considered as control group. Serum contents of HMGB1 and malondialdehyde( MDA) as well as superoxide dismutase( SOD) activity were measured.Results HMGB1 and MDA levels in persistent AF group was higher than those in control group and paroxysmal AF group( P < 0. 05). HMGB1 and MDA levels in paroxysmal AF group was higher than those in control group( P <0.05). In addition,SOD activity in paroxysmal AF group was lower than that in control group( P <0.05). The serum MDA level was positively correlated with the serum HMGB1 level( n = 86,r = 0. 524,P < 0.05),while the SOD level was negatively correlated with the HMGB1 level( n = 86,r =- 0. 481,P < 0. 05).MDA,SOD,hs-CRP and HMGB1 levels were independent predictors for AF. Conclusion Increased oxidative stress level may contribute to the elevated HMGB1 level in AF patients.
