中国鮰鱼产业发展现状及趋势分析

摘要
中国鮰鱼产业由之前的严重依赖欧美市场转变为由国内市场销售为主导,实现了产业的良性转型升级。文章主要对鮰鱼产业的生产情况、目标市场情况、市场行情等进行了分析,同时对鮰鱼产业未来发展趋势进行了预测。鮰鱼产量近年来保持着持续增长态势,2017年有所下降,预计2018年养殖产量和面积都会有所增加。鮰鱼出口主要依赖美国市场,出口目标国数量较少,产品以冻鮰鱼鱼片为主,主要出口省份包括广东、江苏、湖北和安徽等。我国鮰鱼产业面临着产量过剩、品种竞争、国际环境严峻等诸多问题;从产品品质、产品形式和国内市场等方面,为鮰鱼产业的持续稳定发展提供了对策建议。
The Chinese squid industry has been transformed from the European and American markets to the domestic market, and has achieved a benign transformation and upgrading of the industry. This paper mainly analyzed the production situation, target market situation and market conditions of the squid industry, also forecasted the future development trend of the squid industry. The production of squid continued growing in recent years, and declined in 2017. It was predicted that the aquaculture production and area would increase in 2018. The export of squid industry mainly depended on the US market, and the number of export target countries was small. The main products were frozen squid fillets, and the export provinces mainly included Guangdong, Jiangsu, Hubei and Anhui. China's squid industry faces many problems such as overproduction, varieties competition, and severe international environment. Sustained and stable development of the squid industry must rely on the developing of product quality, product form and domestic market.
