摘要
针对煤制合成氨装置低温甲醇洗工序大气量高负荷运行情况下,硫化氢吸收塔预洗段出现工况紊乱,最终造成整个低温甲醇洗装置工况恶化问题,利用原硫化氢吸收塔预洗段,改造塔盘,增设塔器分流洗涤分离,优化调整工艺流程等,实现低温甲醇洗装置高负荷稳定运行。
When rectisol system is under its full load,turbulence occurred in prewashing fragment in sulfide absorber,leading to deterioration of the whole rectisol plant.To solve the problem,the existed prewashing segment of sulfide absorber remained there,but reformation happened on trays.A split washing separator was added to optimize the process flow,achieving the rectisol plant a steady operation under full load.
