近10年针刺治疗顽固性呃逆的同功穴规律分析

摘要

目的使用数据挖掘技术,分析整理针刺治疗顽固性呃逆的临床选穴及配伍规律。方法检索2009-2018年中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(WF)和维普数据库(VIP)中针刺治疗顽固性呃逆的全部文献,筛选出符合条件的文献95篇,分析整理其选穴及配伍规律。结果通过文献研究发现,针刺治疗顽固性呃逆的"同功穴"主要是内关、足三里、中脘、攒竹;"同功穴"所属经脉多为任脉、足太阳膀胱经和足阳明胃经;"同功穴"所属部位集中在下肢部、胸腹部和头颈部;"同功穴"中特定穴多选取五输穴、募穴和络穴。结论归纳针刺治疗顽固性呃逆选穴配伍规律,有助于临床选穴配伍应用,加强腧穴间的协同作用和增效作用,增强针灸治疗的临床效果。
        Objective To analyze the clinical acupoint selection and compatibility rules of acupuncture for intractable hiccup by using data mining technology. Methods All the literatures on acupuncture treatment of intractable hiccup in CNKI, WF and VIP databases from 2009 to 2018 were retrieved, and 95 eligible literatures were screened out, and the rules of acupoint selection and compatibility were analyzed. Results Through literature research,it was found that Tonggong acupoints were mainly Neiguan, Zusanli, Zhongwan and Cuanzhu in the treatment of intractable hiccups; "Tonggong acupoints" belonged to Ren meridian, Foot-Taiyang Bladder Meridian and FootYangming Stomach Meridian; "Tonggong acupoints" belonged to lower limbs, chest, abdomen and head and neck;"Tonggong acupoints" selected five-shu point, front-mu point and luo-connecting point. Conclusion Summarizing the law of acupoint selection and compatibility in the treatment of intractable hiccup is helpful to the clinical application of acupoint selection and compatibility, to strengthen the synergistic effect between acupoints, and to enhance the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion.
