安尔碘Ⅲ型消毒液应用于烫伤后感染伤口的疗效观察

摘要
目的观察应用安尔碘Ⅲ型消毒液换药对烧烫伤后感染伤口的疗效。方法选取2018年1—12月门诊换药伤口中轻中度烧烫伤后发生感染的伤口患者30例作为观察组,选取2017年1—12月门诊换药伤口中轻中度烧烫伤后发生感染的伤口患者30例为对照组。观察组常规清创后,采用安尔碘Ⅲ型消毒液消毒,之后再用凡士林加安尔碘Ⅲ型消毒液纱布湿敷;对照组常规清创后,用0.02%呋喃西林溶液纱布湿敷;两组患者换药频率由每天1次至后期感染消退后改为隔日换药一次,直至愈合。结果所有伤口均愈合,观察组第1次换药后渗液明显减少,愈合天数5～21天,平均(9.466±2.096)天;对照组愈合天数6～25天,平均(13.133±2.837)天。两组愈合时间比较,差异具有统计学意义(t=5.692,P <0.05)。结论安尔碘Ⅲ型消毒液对轻中度烧烫伤后伤口感染效果明显,具有减少渗液、创面修复、促进愈合等作用。
Objective To observe the effect of changing dressings with Aneriodine Ⅲ disinfectant on infectious wounds after burn and scald. Methods30 patients with infection after mild to moderate burns and scalds in outpatient dressing exchange wounds from January to December 2018 were selected as observation group. 30 patients with infection after mild to moderate burn and scald in outpatient dressing exchange wound from January to December 2017 were selected as the control group. After routine debridement, the observation group was disinfected with aneriodine Ⅲ disinfectant solution, and then wet compressed with vaseline and aneriodine Ⅲ disinfectant gauze. After routine debridement, the control group was wet compressed with 0.02% furacilin solution gauze. The frequency of dressing change in the two groups changed from once a day to once every other day until the infection subsided, and then to once every other day until healing. Results All wounds healed. After the first dressing change, the infiltration in the observation group decreased significantly. The healing days ranged from 5 to 21 days, with an average of(9.466±2.096) days. The healing days of the control group ranged from 6 to 25 days, with an average of(13.133±2.837) days. There was significant difference in healing time between the two groups(t=5.692, P < 0.05).Conclusion The effect of Ⅲ type disinfectant on wound infection after mild to moderate burn is obvious, which has the functions of reducing seepage,repairing wound and promoting healing.
