摘要
双渐开线齿轮传动是一种新型齿轮传动。利用有限元分析软件对双渐开线齿轮传动进行了模态分析,并与同参数普通渐开线齿轮传动进行了对比。分析结果表明:与普通渐开线齿轮传动相比,双渐开线齿轮传动固有频率增大,最大振幅普遍减小,因此该传动系统啮合产生的噪音和轮齿发生共振的可能性降低。通过改变双渐开线齿轮阶梯参数,研究了相关参数对其齿轮系统动态性能的影响,为双渐开线齿轮传动的设计及阶梯参数的选择和优化提供了理论依据。
Double involute gear drive is a new type of gear drive. Compared with the common involute gear drive with the same parameters,the modal analysis of the double involute gear drive was made by using the finite element analysis software. The analysis results were showed that: compared to common involute gear drive,the inherent frequency of double involute gear drive was increased,the maximum amplitude was decreased generally and the noise generated by gear meshing and the possibility of resonance was reduced. By changing the ladder parameters of double involute gear and studying the effect of the related parameters on dynamic performance of gear system,the theory was provided for the design of double involute gear drive and the selection and optimization of ladder parameter.
