摘要
随着我国马铃薯主粮化的发展,对马铃薯的需求进一步增加,而脱毒微型原种的种植是提高马铃薯产量的有效措施。因此,微型原种的种植面积将不断扩大,微型马铃薯播种机的研制势在必行。针对目前我国微型马铃薯种植机械化水平低、机械作业播种质量较差、多数需要人工辅助作业等一系列问题,设计了一款基于振动排序技术的微型马铃薯播种机。该播种机采用履带式的播种机构,具有较高播种质量和作业效率。对样机进行田间试验,结果表明:该机作业效率和播种精度较高,工作性能稳定,播种间距合格率为92.0%,重种率为5.7%,漏种率为3.9%,其各项性能指标都优于相关马铃薯播种要求,对推动我国马铃薯全程机械化的发展进程具有重要意义。
        With the development of staple food strategy of potato,the need of potato would be further increase,and the planting of virus-free mini-stock of potato was the effective measure to improve the yield of potato. Therefore,the planting area of mini-stock would be expanded,and the mini-potato planter need be researched. With the aim to solve the problems of the low mechanization level,poor planting quality of mechanical operation,and planting with artificial assistance,the mini-potato planter based on the technology of vibration sorting was designed. The planting machine of planter used crawler type,it had better planting quality and higher operation efficiency. The field test was done and showed that the planting quality of planter was better,and the operation precision was higher. The qualified rate of planting spacing was 92. 0%,the replanting rate was 5. 7%,the missing rate was only 3. 9%,and all performance indices was better than related requirements of potato planting. The research of the mini-potato planter had great significance to promote the development process of whole mechanization of potato.
