摘要
目的探讨体外冲击波治疗跖筋膜炎的初期临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2014-01/2018-01月于作者医院治疗的72例跖筋膜炎患者,其中治疗组36例接受体外冲击波疗法,对照组36例接受局部封闭治疗。比较两组治疗前后的视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scales,VAS)及足踝功能评分(foot and ankle ability measures,FAAM),并根据跖筋膜炎临床疗效评估标准评价两组总有效率。结果治疗组总有效率91.67%,高于对照组的77.78%。治疗前两组VAS评分、FAAM评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),疗程结束后两组VAS评分、FAAM评分比较均有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论体外冲击波治疗跖筋膜炎的临床疗效较理想,安全性好。
        Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave in the treatment of plantar fasciitis.Methods A total of 72 patients with plantar fasciitis in authors' hospital from January 2014 to January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The treatment group cases(n=36) received extracorporeal shock wave therapy,while control group cases(n=36) received local blocking therapy.The visual analogue scales(VAS) scores, foot and ankle ability measures(FAAM) scores of two groups before and after treatment were compared.The total effective rates of the two groups were evaluated according to the clinical efficacy evaluation criteria of plantar fasciitis.Results The total effective rate of treatment group(91.67%) was higher than that of control group(77.78%).There were no significant differences in VAS scores and FAAM scores between two groups before treatment(P>0.05),while there were significantly different in VAS scores and FAAM scores between two groups after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave is an effective and safe treatment for plantar fasciitis.
