基于微信的医院家庭协作延续护理对乳腺癌患者术后功能恢复的影响

摘要
目的探讨基于微信的医院家庭协作延续护理模式对乳腺癌患者术后功能恢复的影响。方法将298例乳腺癌术后患者按出院时间分为对照组145例和观察组153例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施基于微信的医院家庭协作延续护理。分别于术后1个月、3个月、6个月测量患侧肢体周径及肩关节活动度,同时调查出院后6个月生活质量。结果观察组术后1个月、3个月、6个月患侧肢体淋巴水肿程度显著轻于对照组,肩关节活动度显著优于对照组;出院后6个月生活质量显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论基于微信的医院家庭协作延续护理可提高乳腺癌术后患者功能锻炼的效果,提高其生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of WeChat supported hospital-family collaborative transitional care on postoperative functional recovery in breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 298 breast cancer patients were divided into a control group of 145 and an observation group of 153 according to discharge time,receiving either routine nursing care or WeChat supported hospital-family collaborative transitional care.The circumference of the affected limb and range of mobility(ROM)of the shoulder joint were measured at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after discharge.Quality of life was measured at 6months after discharge.Results The observation group had milder lymphedema of the affected limb and better ROM of the shoulder joint at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after discharge,as well as higher quality of life at 6 months after discharge(P<0.01 for all).Conclusion WeChat supported hospital-family collaborative transitional care can improve the effect of postoperative functional recovery and enhance quality of life of breast cancer patients.
