摘要
采用β-萘酚为基本原料,经Reimer-Tiemann反应合成了2-羟基-1-萘甲醛,在催化剂存在下进一步与苯乙酸进行缩合反应合成香豆素类荧光增白剂3-苯基-5,6-萘并α-吡喃酮。该合成工艺反应条件温和,产品总收率达69%,纯度大于99%。
2-Hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde was synthesized from β-naphthol by Reimer-Tiemann reaction,and then a coumarin-based fluorescent brightener 3-phenyl-5,6-naphtho-α-pyrone was synthesized from it and phenylacetic acid by condensation.The reaction conditions of this synthetic process were mild and the total product yield was up to 69%,the purity was above 99%.
