成就系统在电镀企业安全管理中的应用

摘要
精神激励是电镀企业在控制成本条件下达到安全生产目标的首选方法。通过对成就系统进行分析,探索了成就系统如何在电镀企业安全管理中发挥激励效应。借鉴成就系统的激励模式,针对电镀企业设计了相应的安全管理成就列表,并对其在镇江环保电镀专业区的实施效果进行了问卷调查。通过成就系统的推行,提升了员工对安全知识的理解,对安全技能的掌握,以及参与安全活动的积极性,为安全管理活动的顺利开展与实施,提升电镀企业的安全水平提供了有效帮助。
Spiritual motivation is the preferred method to achieve the goal of safe production under cost control for an electroplating plant. Through the analysis of achievement system, how to develop its incentive effect in safety management effectively in an electroplating plant was studied. A list of achievements for safety management in electroplating plant was designed based on the incentive mode of achievement system, and its implementation effectiveness in the Zhenjiang Eco-Plating Professional Zone was evaluated by questionnaire. The implementation of the achievement system enhances the employees' familiarization of safety knowledge and skills as well as their enthusiasm to participate in safety activities, facilitates the implementation of safety management activities smoothly, and helps electroplating plants improve their safety levels.
