脑卒中后疲劳对生活质量的影响

摘要
目的分析脑卒中后疲劳对生活质量的影响。方法随机选取2010年1月至2013年1月收治的PSF患者以及单纯脑卒中患者各60例,分别列为观察组与对照组;观察组采用必要的干预措施,对两组患者的生活质量进行评定比较,并对观察组患者干预前后生活质量情况进行比较。结果在生理功能、自理能力、语言能力、思维能力、社交能力以及心理和情绪控制能力几项生活质量指标上,观察组干预前较之对照组评分均相对要低;另外,观察组患者接受干预后在以上几项指标上均出现改善;以上比较均有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中后疲劳对患者的生活质量具有明显的不良影响,应对脑卒中后疲劳患者及早采用有效的措施进行干预,以利于患者生活质量的尽早改善。
Objective Analyse the effect of fatigue after stroke on the life quality. Methods 60 patients who were in fatigue after stroke and 60 patients who were in stroke were selected and defined as observation group and control group randomly, the observation group used necessary interventions, then assessed and comepared the life quality of two groups, and compared the the life quality of observation group before and after the intervention.Results On several measures of life quality including physiological function, self-care ability, language ability, thinking ability, social ability, as well as psychological and emotional control ability, compared with the control group, observation group before grades were relatively low.After the intervention the patients of the observation group on above several indexes were all improved. The comparion above were all have obvious difference(P<0.05). Conclusion There has significant negative effects Fatigue of fatigue after stroke on the life quality,the clinical should adopt effective measures to intervene as early as possible, to help the life quality of patients improved as soon as possible.
