摘要
目的体验式教学法在临床教学中的应用效果,为探讨新的行之有效的规培临床带教中提供依据。方法通过分析体验教学方法与传统教学优势不足、LBL教学实施、CBL教学实施及培训效果等多方面的探讨。结果体验式教学法应用于规培临床带教,并取得了良好的教学效果。在教学中,不断加强规培学生教育的理念,根据学科的实际情况,注重创新,采取体验式教学中教学策略,积极探索临床带教的新方法,为临床带教培训提供新的思路。结论体验式教学法有利于规培学生掌握理论知识及实践技能操作,有利于提高规培学生的专业技能和素质。
        Objective To discuss the application effect of experiential teaching method in clinical teaching and to provide a basis for exploring new and effective clinical training. Methods Through the analysis of experience teaching methods and traditional teaching advantages, LBL teaching implementation, CBL teaching implementation and training effects and other aspects were discussed.Results The experiential teaching method was applied to the regulation of clinical teaching, and has achieved good teaching results.In the teaching, we constantly strengthen the concept of discipline education, according to the actual situation of the discipline, focus on innovation, adopt the teaching strategy of experiential teaching, actively explore new methods of clinical teaching, and provide new ideas for clinical teaching and training. Conclusion Experiential teaching method is conducive to discipline students to master theoretical knowledge and practical skills, and is conducive to improving the professional skills and quality of students.
