摘要

毛泽东研究是世界范围内的重要课题。英国学者迪克·威尔逊是国外学者进行毛泽东研究的代表性人物。威尔逊十分注重毛泽东的生平研究,认为毛泽东对中国革命作出了卓越贡献,是一位需要公正评价的历史伟人。威尔逊十分重视对毛泽东思想的形成和发展过程的解读,他认为毛泽东把马克思主义的基本原理、基本观点和基本方法与中国革命和建设的实际相结合,形成了适合中国国情的新理论,是新的马克思主义。威尔逊对毛泽东生平和思想的研究多持客观公正的态度。威尔逊还注重毛泽东研究相关资料的收集、整理和鉴别,注重运用比较研究的方法等,这些都值得国内学者学习和借鉴。
        The research of MAO Zedong is an important world issue. Dick Wilson,a British scholar,is the representative of overseas scholars who are carrying out the researches of MAO Zedong. Wilson pays great attention to the study of MAO Zedong's life,thinks that MAO Zedong has made outstanding contributions to the Chinese revolution,and he is a great man of history who needs fair evaluation. Wilson thinks that MAO Zedong combines the basic principles,basic views and methods of Marxism with Chinese revolution and construction practice,forming a new theory suitable for China's national conditions,which is a new Marxism. Wilson holds an objective and impartial attitude to the study of MAO Zedong's life and thought. Wilson also pays attention to the collecting,sorting and identification of relevant data of the researches of MAO Zedong,and focuses the use of the methods of comparative study,which are worth learning and reference by domestic scholars.
