摘要
以1-苯基-1-辛醇聚氧乙烯醚(BO-10)和五氧化二磷(P2O5)为原料,通过酯化和水解反应合成了1-苯基-1-辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯(BOP-10),采用红外吸收光谱表征了产物结构。采用正交实验对反应条件进行了优化:酯化时间4.5 h、酯化温度65℃、n(BO-10)∶n(P_2O_5)=3.0∶1,水解时间1.5 h。在此优化条件下,产品的总酯率在95%以上,HLB值、表面张力、起泡稳定性、乳化性等和目前广泛使用的烯丙基聚醚磷酸单酯(HT-AP4P)都比较接近。
1-Phenyl-1-octanol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate(BOP-10) was synthesized by esterification and hydrolysis reaction using 1-phenyl-1-octanol polyoxyethylene ether and phosphorus pentoxide as raw materials. The product was characterized by means of IR. With analysis of orthogonal experiments, the most effective syhthetic conditions was as follows: esterification time 4.5 h, esterification temperature 65 ℃,feeding ratio n(BO-10)∶n(P_2O_5)=3.0∶1, hydrolysis time 1.5 h. Under these optimum conditions, the total ester yield was more 95%, and the HLB value, surface tension, foaming stability, emulsification and other properties are similar to those of the widely used allyl polyether phosphate monoester(HT-AP4P).
