摘要
为了保障煤矿运输生产的高效性,解决带式运输机断带的问题。通过分析输送机断带的机理、原因和当前机械断带抓捕器的缺陷,介绍一种新型的断带抓捕装置系统组成及工作原理,并在某煤矿进行应用取得良好效果。
In order to ensure the high efficiency of coal mine transportation production and solve the problem of belt breakage of belt conveyor. By analyzing the mechanism,reason and defect of current mechanical belt breaking catcher of conveyor,the composition and working principle of a new type of belt breaking catcher system are introduced,and its application in a coal mine has achieved good results.
