摘要

由于我国工业发展较快,食品重金属超标的现象越来越常见,在此背景下,只有不断对食品重金属检测技术进行研究,灵活应用各种检测方法,才可以更好地保障食品安全,降低食品污染造成的危害。本文对我国重金属污染的现状进行了简述,并结合常用的重金属元素检测方法,对食品中重金属元素检测方法进行了探究。
        Because of the rapid development of industry in China, the phenomenon of food heavy metals exceeding the standard is becoming more and more common. Under this background, only by continuously studying the detection technology of food heavy metals and flexibly applying various detection methods, can food safety be better guaranteed and the harm caused by food pollution be reduced. In this paper, the current situation of heavy metal pollution in China is briefly described, and the detection methods of heavy metal elements in food are explored in combination with the commonly used detection methods of heavy metal elements.
