摘要
为了研究不同消化能水平日粮对深县猪生长性能、养分消化率和血液生化指标的影响,选用体重(15. 54±2. 25) kg的健康深县猪48头,随机分成3组,每组4个重复,每个重复4头猪,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组饲粮消化能水平分别为11. 20、11. 70、12. 20 MJ/kg,预试期7 d,正式期28 d。结果显示:试验Ⅲ组的平均日增重显著高于试验Ⅰ组15. 56%(P<0. 05),试验Ⅲ组的料重比(F/G)显著低于试验Ⅰ组(P<0. 05);试验Ⅲ组粗蛋白、总能与粗脂肪表观消化率均显著高于试验Ⅰ组9. 89%、7. 29%、7. 21%(P<0. 05)。综合各项指标,在本试验条件下,生长期深县猪适宜的消化能水平为12. 20 MJ/kg。
        In order to study the effects of different dietary energy levels on growth performance,nutrient digestibility and blood biochemical parameters of pigs,84 healthy Shenxian pigs,with the initial weight of( 15. 54±2. 25) kg were selected and were randomly divided into four groups with four replicates and four pigs per replicate. The test groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were treate with the dietary energy levels of 11. 20,11. 70 and 12. 20 MJ/kg,respectively. The study consisted a pre-trial of 7 d and a formal trial of was 28 d. The results showed that the ADG of Group Ⅲ was decreased by 15. 56%( P<0. 05),their feed/gain ratio was significantly lower than that of Group Ⅰ( P<0. 05); and their apparent digestibility of crude protein,total energy and crude fat were all significantly higher than those Group Ⅰ by 9. 89%、7. 29%、7. 21%( P<0. 05),respectively. It could be concluded that the appropriate dietary energy level of Shenxian pigs was 12. 20 MJ/kg.
