浅论曾懿《古欢室医书三种》

摘要
清末女医曾懿是我国中医学史上为数不多的女医家之一,在历史上确有记载,而且有医学著作传世。她不仅悉心研读中医经典书籍,而且接受西方医学理论,将中医与西医融汇贯通,提出新的医学观点,如"节劳以保脑力","呼吸新鲜空气和运动"等。作为晚清社会中的一位进步人士,她将治病救人上升到强国保种的高度。《医学篇》介绍了她的医学观念及临证经验,《女学篇》和《中馈录》从侧面反映并完善了她的医学观点以及体现了她的爱国思想。虽然《医学篇》主要是收录前代医学大家的医学思想,难成一家之说,但是她作为我国古代有著作传世和具有进步思想的爱国女医家,其医学观点和医学成就仍值得系统挖掘,因其不仅具有医学价值,更具有一定的社会价值和史学价值。
As a female doctor recorded in China at the end of the Qing dynasty,ZENG Yi wrote a medical book named Three Gu Huan Room Medical Books. Not only she studied classic books of traditional Chinese medicine,but also she accepted western medical theory to achieve mastery through a comprehensive study of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,putting forward new medical points of view,such as restricted work to protect brain,breath within the fresh air to exercise,etc. As a progressive people in the society in the late Qing dynasty,she would advocate saving lives to conserve reproduction capability of public health. This article will introduce the concept of medical and clinical experience of her in the Medical chapter. In the chapters of Female and Zhong Kui Lu,these reflected the improvement of her medical points of view and her patriotic ideas. Although the Medical chapter included medical ideas from former masters that barely turn to one comprehensive system,she could still be a patriotic female doctor with legend works and frontier theories. Her medical points of view and medical achievements are still worthy of our mining. This work has not only medical value,but also social value and historical value.
