摘要

治理体系的完善是当前高校智库发展的核心问题。在大数据时代的语境下,大数据引导的技术革命正在推动治理现代化的转型,进而影响高校智库治理结构以及形态的变化。高校智库须适应数据浪潮的趋势,进而研判高校智库治理转型的行动逻辑,审视转型过程中新旧动能转换存在的问题,并借助数据思维和技术力量重构基于数据分布的高校智库利益相关者多元共治的权力结构以及制度体系,实现大数据时代高校智库治理的体系建构。
        The key issue of current higher education think-tank development lies in improving the governance system. In the big data era,the technological revolution led by big data is promoting the transformation of governance modernization, presenting a technological path with big data incorporated in the higher education governance system.Higher education think-tank must keep in pace with the trend of big data,with the help of data thinking and the strength of technology, and transform the management of higher education think-tank from mono-centric administration orientation to multi-centric mode and decentralization of authority. This will overcome the regulation defect of mono-centric administration orientation, and reconstructa power structure governed by diverse stakeholders of higher education think-tank based on data distribution, achieving the construction of a higher education think-tank governance system supported by data streams.
