概要介绍了总图设计的要求、内容及水泥厂总图设计原则。以新疆屯河4000t/d水泥熟料项目的总图设计为例,从总平面布置、竖向设计、道路设计及管线综合设计几个方面介绍了其总图设计特点。从项目实施情况看,该线总图设计实现了工艺流程简洁、物料流向顺畅、功能分区明确、整体布局美观以及节约土地、保护环境等功能。
        Requirements, contents and principles of cement plant general layout design were introduced in brief. The general layout of Xinjiang Tunhe 4000 t/d cement clinker project as an example, the general layout design points were introduced from aspects of plain layout, vertical design, road design and pipeline design. From the practice we can see that the process flow is simple, the material flow is smooth, every functional area is clear, the overall layout is beautiful and land saving and environment protecting.
