摘要
液压缸内孔加工早期主要采用镗削滚压、镗削珩磨和直接珩磨三种加工方式,但其加工效率低,不适合大批量生产。近年来,由于复合机床的发展成熟,出现了一种高效的液压缸内孔加工方法——刮削滚光,并逐步替代了传统加工,现已得到广泛应用。该文在对镗削与滚压加工进行介绍的基础上,详细阐述了刮削滚光技术。
In the early stage of internal bore machining,three methods of boring and rolling,boring honing and direct honing are used,but the machining efficiency is low and it is not suitable for mass production. In recent years,due to the maturity of the composite machine tool,an efficient method for machining the inner hole of the hydraulic cylinder,scraping and rolling,has emerged,and gradually replaces traditional processing. Now it has been widely used. In this paper,based on the introduction of boring and rolling processing,the scraping and rolling technology is described in detail.
