高职法律专业书记员订单人才培养模式探索

摘要
订单培养的人才培养模式是近年来各大高职院校培养高素质高技能人才的重要形式。法律专业书记员订单培养主要是根据法院书记员岗位的需求,通过寻求学校、法院、学生利益的共同点,实现三方共赢。对四川现代职业学院法律专业对书记员订单人才培养模式的实践与探索,以期培养适应法院需求的高素质高技能的法律辅助人才。
In recent years, the order-based talent training mode has become an important form of training high-quality and high-skilled talents in higher vocational colleges. Based on the needs of court clerk position, the order-based talent training for law clerks is to achieve a win-win situation by seeking common interests of schools, courts and students,. Through the practice and exploration of the order-based talent training model for law clerks in Sichuan Modern Vocational College, the paper expects to train high-quality and high-skilled legal assistant personnel to meet the needs of the court.
