摘要
针对河北省崔家寨煤矿近距离煤层多次采动影响下回采巷道变形破坏严重的问题,采用理论分析和数值模拟相结合的方法,分析了采动影响下近距离回采巷道合理位置。根据崔家寨煤矿E12503工作面现场实际条件,确定了采用锚网索联合支护技术,并数值模拟确定了回采巷道与上部煤层遗留煤柱的相对水平距离应大于25 m、工作面护巷煤柱宽度为20 m。通过现场矿压观测,E12503回风巷道1#测站巷道左帮多点位移计数值达到最后稳定时最大位移值为22mm、巷道右帮最大位移为8 mm、顶板最大位移为5 mm。分析可知,优化设计的巷道围岩控制技术方案应用效果较好。
        For the problems of serious deformation and failure of the roadway under the influence of multiple mining activites in the close distance coal seams in Cuijiazhai Coal Mine in Hebei Province, we analyzed the reasonable position of the close distance mining roadways under the influence of mining by the theoretical analysis and the numerical simulation. According to the actual site conditions of E12503 working face of Cuijiazhai Coal Mine, we determined the combined support technology of anchor-net-rope, and determined that the relative horizontal distance between the mining roadway and the upper coal seam residual pillar should be greater than 25 m, and the width of the roadway pillar in the working face should be 20 m by the numerical simulation.It can be seen that the optimized design scheme has better application effect from the mine pressure observation, the maximum displacement value of the left side of the E12503 roadway 1#station is 22 mm and the maximum displacement of the right side of the roadway is 8 mm and the maximum displacement of the roof is 5 mm after the influence of the multiple mining activites.
