摘要

为了更好地满足经济社会发展的人才需求,服务国家特殊需求博士人才培养项目是博士教育类型结构和学位结构的创新尝试。在项目实施过程中,南京财经大学结合自身实际,以需求为导向、以行业为依托、以培养具有创新精神和实践能力的复合型博士人才为目标,初步形成具有粮食行业特色的博士人才项目培养质量保障机制,为其他高校博士培养质量的提高提供借鉴。
        In order to better meet the needs of talents for economic and social development, the Doctoral program to serve national special needs is forworded as an innovative attempt of the type and degree of doctoral education. During the implementation of the project, Nanjing University of Finance and Economics initially formed training quality guarantee mechanism of doctoral program aiming at cultivating compound doctoral talents with innovative spirit and practical ability, which provides reference and experience for the improvement of the quality of doctoral training in other universities.
