摘要
从超声波检测桩身完整性的缺陷判定技术出发,指出了当前判定技术存在超声波信号利用率低、缺陷判定不够直观、声学参数多且不统一等主要问题。提出了如何充分利用超声波检测数据和波形信息的数字化处理与应用技术、多种声参数合一的缺陷判定技术、三维成像显示技术等,使得超声波检测桩身缺陷的判定更加准确可靠,结果展示更加直观清晰,从而有利于超声波的普及和应用。
Based on the defect determination technology of ultrasonic testing pile integrity, main problems of the current determination technology were pointed out, such as low utilization rate of ultrasonic signal, unintuitive defect determination, and multiple non-uniform acoustic parameters. Methods to make full use of digital processing and application of information technology of ultrasonic testing data and waveform information, defect determination technology with a variety of acoustic parameters combined and three-dimensional imaging display technology were put forward, which make the ultrasonic detection more accurate and reliable in determination of pile defect and make the results more intuitive and clear. It is conducive to the popularization and application of ultrasonic method.
