摘要
油田卤水中含有丰富的锂元素。目前,各高新技术领域对碳酸锂原料的需求量日益增长。分别采用兑卤和冷冻结晶/芒硝兑卤复合工艺除去某油田卤水中的Ca~(2+),再用纯碱沉锂制备碳酸锂。实验结果表明:冷冻结晶/芒硝兑卤工艺去除卤水中Ca~(2+)的效果较冷冻结晶工艺佳,冷冻结晶/兑卤复合工艺从高钙油田卤水中制备所得碳酸锂中主含量可达96.73%(质量分数)。
Oilfield brine is abundant with Li~+element,and the demand for Li_2 CO_3 raw material is increasing in various high and technology fields at present.Mirabilite mixing brine and freezing crystallization/mirabilite mixing brine composite technology were applied respectively to remove Ca~(2+)in oilfield brine,then Li_2 CO_3 was prepared with soda. Result showed that freezing crystallization/mirabilite mixing brine composite technology achieved better effect to remove Ca~(2+),and main content of Li_2 CO_3 could reach 96.73%(mass fraction) in the product made by freezing crystallization/mirabilite mixing brine composite technology.
